In short
Akoro is an allowance and pocket money tracker for parents, with chores and savings goals. It records money. It doesn’t hold or move it.
In more detail
Akoro gives each child a card with their own colour, avatar and a big balance they can read themselves. Parents log money in and out in seconds, and recurring payments arrive on the day, even when the app isn’t open. Chores pay their rewards when they’re ticked off, and a weekly chart shows what’s done. Savings goals show the day a child will reach them.
Family data stays on the family’s devices and in their private iCloud. There are no accounts and no ads. Akoro is free to download for iPhone and iPad. It was called Acorn until version 2.4, and it’s called Nussi in German. It’s made by SGWNI.
